02 / Principles

How we support your project

  1. 01

    Collaboration tailored to the project

We can deliver the agreed scope or join your team. We start by discussing the goal, current solution and missing expertise. If you already have a project, code or specification, we work from that context. If you are still looking for a way to solve the problem, a consultation or analysis can be the starting point.

  2. 02

    Support after launch

A website changes with the business. New content, integrations and user needs appear. We help maintain, modernise and improve Umbraco-based solutions. We can start with a single task or agree the scope of ongoing care. We also support systems previously developed by other teams.

  3. 03

    Expertise around Umbraco

We combine CMS work with .NET application and integration development. Idea Makers is a Silver-level Umbraco Partner. Our team includes Umbraco Certified Master specialists. We publish our own extensions, including IM.Umbraco.AI.Local and IM.ContentSecurityPolicy. Their descriptions and available releases can be found on NuGet.

06 / How we work

What we agree at the start

We start by discussing the goal, scope of responsibility and further development of the solution.

What we agree at the start
# We do We don't
01 We define the goal and priorities: what problem we are solving and what matters most in the first stage. We do not assume that every need requires building a solution from scratch.
02 We define the scope and responsibilities: what the work covers, what the dependencies are and who makes decisions. We do not set deadlines or a care scope before understanding the project's situation.
03 We discuss further development: who will manage the content, maintain the solution and plan subsequent changes. We do not treat launching a website as the end of its development.
