We get to know your situation
We discuss the goal, users and current solution. We establish what matters most, what materials are available and which constraints need to be considered.

We agree the scope
If an analysis is needed, we define its scope. When the subject is already well described, we move on to agreeing the work, schedule and billing. We also identify dependencies and decisions needed on both sides.

We deliver and verify
We work on the agreed changes. We establish how to show progress, gather feedback and make decisions. We tailor the scope of verification to the project's features and risks.

We prepare the launch
Before publication, we establish what needs to be transferred, checked and handed over to the people operating the system. If the change affects a live platform, we also plan how to reduce implementation risk.

We plan ongoing support
Together, we define who will maintain the system and how subsequent changes will be handled. Support can cover a specific task or ongoing collaboration.
